63,905 documents have been added to the Legacy Tobacco Documents Library today!
Included in this large batch are:
- 1257 US Smokeless Tobacco documents - 51 of the USSTC documents come from the 2007 USSTC Wisconsin class action settlement case: FEUERABEND, v. UST, INC., et al., 02-CV-7124 (Wisconsin). This case was a retailing and price fixing class action suit.
- 9,051 exhibit documents in DATTA from the Department of Justice special collection - these documents were acquired from the Tobacco Documents Online (TDO) DATTA collection.
- 486 Philip Morris documents previously stored on microfilm
- 3870 Pollay Advertising Collection documents
- 425 American Tobacco documents from the Bliley special collection - these documents were acquired from the Tobacco Documents Online (TDO) Bliley Collection.

LTDL has a new collection of documents available to explore - the Research Collections. These are smaller collections of industry documents that were gathered by individuals and/or organizations during the course of specific research or litigation.
We have acquired the following individual research collections from Tobacco Documents Online (TDO) and will be adding more collections in the near future:
- Ness Motley Collection - 36,108 documents
- Product Design - 9,550 documents
- Potential Reduced Exposure Products (PREPs) - 909 documents
- Industry-Provided Depositions - 2,249 documents
